3. Job Set-up
Subtask 53-41-00-010-159-A

A. Get Access
(1) If the galleys and the lavatories are installed, remove them between frames 47 and 70. To do this, refer to the paragraph Component Location in the applicable ATA 25 Description/Operation:

For the galleys: (Ref. AMM D/O 25-30-00-00)
For the lavatories: (Ref. AMM D/O 25-40-00-00).

(2) Remove the Overhead Stowage Compartments (OHSC) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(3) Remove the linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-46-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-001).
(4) Remove the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).

B. Clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-41-00-210-126-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection
(1) Examine the following areas for scratches, dents and cracks:

the internal structure of the fuselage between FR47 and FR 70 above the cabin floor level.

NOTE: If necessary, refer to the ASRM SRM 53411201 and SRM 53411301 for the allowable damage limits.

NOTE: If necessary, refer to the ASRM SRM 53411202 and SRM 53411302 for the correct repair procedure.

Subtask 53-41-00-210-126-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection
(1) Examine the following areas for scratches, dents and cracks:

the internal structure of the fuselage between FR47/51 and FR 70 above the cabin floor level.

NOTE: If necessary, refer to the ASRM SRM 53411201 and SRM 53411301 for the allowable damage limits.

NOTE: If necessary, refer to the ASRM SRM 53411202 and SRM 53411302 for the correct repair procedure.

5. Close-up
Subtask 53-41-00-410-156-A

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-46-400-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-001).
(4) Install the OHSCs (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-001).
(5) Install the removed galleys and lavatories between frames 47 and 70. To do this, refer to the paragraph Component Location in the applicable ATA 25 Description/Operation:

For the galleys: (Ref. AMM D/O 25-30-00-00)
For the lavatories: (Ref. AMM D/O 25-40-00-00).

(6) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
