A. Install the ground support equipment.
(1) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the flight controls.
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 8M (26 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in the required position.

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(3) Make sure that the inspection area is dry before you continue.

WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) . (3) Make sure that the inspection area is dry before you continue.
Subtask 53-41-00-210-125-A
A. General Visual Inspection
(1) Do a general visual inspection of the external surface of the fuselage, from STGR 23, LH/RH to crown centerline.
(a) For A320 and A321, do this between FR47 and FR70. Look for scratches, dents and cracks.
(b) For A319, do this between FR47/51 and FR70. Look for scratches, dents and cracks.
(c) For A318, do this between FR47/54 and FR70. Look for scratches, dents and cracks.
5. Close-up(1) Do a general visual inspection of the external surface of the fuselage, from STGR 23, LH/RH to crown centerline.
(a) For A320 and A321, do this between FR47 and FR70. Look for scratches, dents and cracks.
(b) For A319, do this between FR47/51 and FR70. Look for scratches, dents and cracks.
(c) For A318, do this between FR47/54 and FR70. Look for scratches, dents and cracks.
NOTE: If necessary, refer to the ASRM SRM 53411101 for the allowable damage limits.
NOTE: If necessary, refer to the ASRM SRM 53411102 for the correct repair procedure.

A. Remove the ground support equipment.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
