A. Get Access
   (1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the flight controls.
   (2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position below the inspection area.

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
   (1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
   (2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
4. Procedure
Subtask 53-41-00-210-117-A
A. Inspection
   (1) Do a general visual inspection of the external surface of the fuselage skin around the outflow valve cutout, between FR 65 and FR 66 and from stringer 26 to stringer 31, right side, for damage or discontinuities.
   (2) Make sure that there is no:
     (a) Corrosion damage:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512200) for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
     (b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 511100) for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
     (c) Paint layer damage:
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512300) for general data for paint layers.
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Remove the access platform(s).
   (3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
