A. Get Access

THE LANDING GEAR AND THE RELATED DOORS
COMPONENTS THAT MOVE.

MOVEMENT OF COMPONENTS CAN KILL OR CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.

(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below the emergency-exit escape chute.
(2) Clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-41-00-210-098-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection
(1) Examine the skin cutouts at the upper and lower corners of the emergency-exit escape chute compartment cutouts for:

cracks,
corrosion.

NOTE: If necessary, refer to the ASRM SRM 53411101 for the correct repair procedure.

5. Close-up
Subtask 53-41-00-410-127-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Close Access
(1) Remove the access platform(s).
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
