CAUTION:
DO NOT APPLY TEMPORARY PROTECTION ON THE OXYGEN SYSTEMS.
MAKE SURE THAT THE TEMPORARY PROTECTION DOES NOT GET:
1. Reason for the Job- ON COMPOSITE PARTS, CONTROL CABLES, PULLEYS,TEFLON BEARINGS.
- ON LUBRICATED SURFACES.
- IN DRAIN VALVES OR OTHER ORIFICES.

Subtask 53-41-00-010-079-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Get Access
(1) Remove the sidewall panels between FR59 and FR63 (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-003).
(2) Remove the floor panels between FR59 and FR63 (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-17-000-001).
(3) Remove the insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
(4) Identify the insulation blankets to make the subsequent installation procedure easier.
Subtask 53-41-00-110-154-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the sidewall panels between FR59 and FR63 (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-003).
(2) Remove the floor panels between FR59 and FR63 (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-17-000-001).
(3) Remove the insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
(4) Identify the insulation blankets to make the subsequent installation procedure easier.
B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If it is not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If there is a TPS layer and if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection, remove the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If it is not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If there is a TPS layer and if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection, remove the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
Subtask 53-41-00-210-085-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Inspection
(1) Do a detailed inspection of the fuselage internal structure around the bulk cargo-compartment door, from FR59 to FR63 and between STGR23 and STGR38 for damage and discontinuities.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
Subtask 53-41-00-916-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do a detailed inspection of the fuselage internal structure around the bulk cargo-compartment door, from FR59 to FR63 and between STGR23 and STGR38 for damage and discontinuities.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
- If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512200) for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
- If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 511100) for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
B. Check and Application of the TPS Layer
(1) If the TPS layer was removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area" paragraph, apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(2) If the TPS layer was not removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area" paragraph, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(3) If the TPS layer has local damage, remove the damaged TPS layer and apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
5. Close-up(1) If the TPS layer was removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area" paragraph, apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(2) If the TPS layer was not removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area" paragraph, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(3) If the TPS layer has local damage, remove the damaged TPS layer and apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
Subtask 53-41-00-410-078-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the floor panels between FR59 and FR63 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-17-400-001).
(4) Install the sidewall panels between FR59 and FR63 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-400-003).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the floor panels between FR59 and FR63 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-17-400-001).
(4) Install the sidewall panels between FR59 and FR63 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-400-003).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
