3. Job Set-up
Subtask 53-41-00-010-096-A

A. Get Access
(1) Open the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position adjacent to the aft cargo-compartment door-cutout.
(3) Remove the eccentric bolts (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-32-000-001).

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.

WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.

(2) If not, clean the inspection area with the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that the inspection area is dry before you continue.

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-41-00-210-080-A

A. Detailed Inspection
(1) Do a detailed inspection of the eccentric bolts on the lock fittings at the aft cargo-compartment door.
(a) For A319, do this between FR56 and FR58A.
(b) For A320 and A321, do this between FR53 and FR55A.
(2) If you find a defective eccentric bolt, you must replace it.

5. Close-up
Subtask 53-41-00-410-097-A

A. Close Access
(1) Install the eccentric bolts (Ref. AMM TASK 52-32-32-400-001).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
