A. Get Access
(1) Open the applicable passenger/crew door 832, 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(2) Remove the aft lavatories, if necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-41-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-42-000-001), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-43-43-00), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-44-000-001).
(3) Remove the aft galleys, if necessary (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-41-00), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-33-41-000-002).
(4) Remove the aft stowages, if it is installed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-44-000-006).
(5) Remove the door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-003) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-004).
(6) Remove the upper side wall panels from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001).
(7) Remove the lower side wall panels from the inspection area, if it is installed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001).
(8) Remove the insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
Subtask 53-41-00-110-059-A (1) Open the applicable passenger/crew door 832, 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(2) Remove the aft lavatories, if necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-41-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-42-000-001), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-43-43-00), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-44-000-001).
(3) Remove the aft galleys, if necessary (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-41-00), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-33-41-000-002).
(4) Remove the aft stowages, if it is installed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-44-000-006).
(5) Remove the door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-003) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-004).
(6) Remove the upper side wall panels from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001).
(7) Remove the lower side wall panels from the inspection area, if it is installed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001).
(8) Remove the insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
NOTE: Put identification on each insulation blanket. This will help with the installation.
B. Preparation of the inspection area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Remove the TPS layer, if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Remove the TPS layer, if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).

A. Inspection
(1) Examine the internal structure around the aft passenger/crew door above the cabin floor level. Do this between FR65 and FR69 and between stringer 6 and stringer 23, LH/RH and look for:

- corrosion,
- skin distortion.
NOTE: The door entrance area between FR66 and FR68, between stringer 22 and stringer 23, LH/RH is not examined in this procedure.
(2) If necessary, refer to the ASRM SRM 53411102 for the correct repair procedure. B. Application of Temporary Protection System
(2) If there is a TPS layer, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(4) If you used solvents, high-pressure water, steam and/or cleaning agents to clean the TPS layer:
(a) Apply a full new layer of TPS on the inspection area, as recommended in the MPD (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(b) If there is no TPS layer, apply a new layer of TPS on the inspection area, as recommended in the MPD (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(5) Remove the masking paper or the masking tape.
5. Close-upWARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
CAUTION:
DO NOT APPLY TEMPORARY PROTECTION ON THE OXYGEN SYSTEMS.
MAKE SURE THAT THE TEMPORARY PROTECTION DOES NOT GET:
(1) Apply masking paper or masking tape Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) on the equipment and fittings adjacent to the area. - ON COMPOSITE PARTS, CONTROL CABLES, PULLEYS,TEFLON BEARINGS.
- ON LUBRICATED SURFACES.
- IN DRAIN VALVES OR OTHER ORIFICES.
(2) If there is a TPS layer, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
NOTE: Airbus recommends that you always apply a new layer of TPS. This is to make sure that the TPS layer continues to give satisfactory corrosion protection. Make sure that the TPS layer is in the correct condition after the check. If the TPS is in the correct condition, apply a new layer as a spray on the remaining layer.
(3) Replace the damaged TPS layer with a new layer of TPS on the inspection area, as recommended in the MPD (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001). (4) If you used solvents, high-pressure water, steam and/or cleaning agents to clean the TPS layer:
(a) Apply a full new layer of TPS on the inspection area, as recommended in the MPD (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(b) If there is no TPS layer, apply a new layer of TPS on the inspection area, as recommended in the MPD (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(5) Remove the masking paper or the masking tape.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the lower side wall panels, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001).
(4) Install the upper side wall panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001).
(5) Install the door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-008) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-005).
(6) Install the aft lavatories, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-41-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-42-400-001), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-43-43-40), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-44-400-001).
(7) Install the aft galleys, if removed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-41-40), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-33-41-400-002).
(8) Install the aft stowages, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-44-400-006).
(9) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(10) Close the applicable passenger/crew door 832, 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the lower side wall panels, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001).
(4) Install the upper side wall panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001).
(5) Install the door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-008) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-005).
(6) Install the aft lavatories, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-41-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-42-400-001), (Ref. AMM D/O 25-43-43-40), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-43-44-400-001).
(7) Install the aft galleys, if removed (Ref. AMM D/O 25-33-41-40), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-33-41-400-002).
(8) Install the aft stowages, if removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-27-44-400-006).
(9) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(10) Close the applicable passenger/crew door 832, 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
