A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position in zone 191 and 192.
(2) Make sure that quick-release access panels from the belly fairing structure are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002):
(3) Make sure that the wing-to-fuselage fairing panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-11-000-001):
Subtask 53-39-41-210-050-A (1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position in zone 191 and 192.
(2) Make sure that quick-release access panels from the belly fairing structure are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002):

B. Inspection of Seal
(1) Make sure that the seal of the shutter assembly is clean and in the correct condition.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the seal of the shutter assembly is clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 53-39-41-420-050-A
A. Installation of Component
(1) Put the tripod assembly (6) in position.
(2) Install the bolts (4), the spacers (5) and the nuts (3).
(3) TORQUE the nuts (3) to between 0.45 and 0.35 m.daN (39.82 and 30.97 lbf.in )

(4) Put the shutter assembly (2) in position on the shaft (7).
(5) Compress the spring (8) to install the Shutter assembly (2) and nut (1) easily.
(6) Install the nut (1).
(7) TORQUE the nut (1) to between 0.80 and 0.70 m.daN (70.80 and 61.95 lbf.in )

(8) Make sure that the travel range of the shutter assembly (2) is correct.
5. Close-up(1) Put the tripod assembly (6) in position.
