A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.
(2) Remove quick-release access panel 192KB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.
(2) Remove quick-release access panel 192KB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).

A. Removal of the Belly-Fairing Blowout Panel
(1) Remove the blowout panel (1):
(a) Push the blowout panel (1) with your hand from the rear of quick-release access panel 192KB to open it.
(c) Remove the nut (4), the washer (5) and disconnect the bonding strap (6).
(d) Install the washer (5).
(e) Tighten the nut (4) with your hand.
(f) Disengage the retaining rings (8) and remove the pins (9) from the hinge assemblies (10).
(g) Remove the blowout panel (1).
(2) Remove the spring assembly (23):
(a) Hold the spring assembly (23), disengage the retaining ring (16) and remove the pin (17).
(b) Remove the compression spring (14) and the guide fitting (15) from the spring support (18).
(3) Remove the nuts (4), the washers (5) and the screws (7).
(4) Remove the hinge assemblies (10) and the mounting bracket (11).
(5) Remove the nuts (21), the washers (20) and the screws (22) that attach the rods (34) to the hinge bracket assembly (19).
(6) Remove the nuts (24), the washers (25), the screws (26) and the bonding strap (6).
(7) Remove the hinge bracket assembly (19).
(8) Remove the nuts (29), the washers (28), the screws (30) and the rods (34).
(9) Remove the nuts (31), the washers (32) and the screws (33).
(10) Remove the spring-support bracket assembly (27).
(1) Remove the blowout panel (1):
(a) Push the blowout panel (1) with your hand from the rear of quick-release access panel 192KB to open it.
NOTE: When the blowout panel is open, the compression of the spring is released.
(b) Disengage the retaining ring (2) and remove the pin (3). (c) Remove the nut (4), the washer (5) and disconnect the bonding strap (6).
(d) Install the washer (5).
(e) Tighten the nut (4) with your hand.
(f) Disengage the retaining rings (8) and remove the pins (9) from the hinge assemblies (10).
(g) Remove the blowout panel (1).
(2) Remove the spring assembly (23):
(a) Hold the spring assembly (23), disengage the retaining ring (16) and remove the pin (17).
(b) Remove the compression spring (14) and the guide fitting (15) from the spring support (18).
(3) Remove the nuts (4), the washers (5) and the screws (7).
(4) Remove the hinge assemblies (10) and the mounting bracket (11).
(5) Remove the nuts (21), the washers (20) and the screws (22) that attach the rods (34) to the hinge bracket assembly (19).
(6) Remove the nuts (24), the washers (25), the screws (26) and the bonding strap (6).
(7) Remove the hinge bracket assembly (19).
(8) Remove the nuts (29), the washers (28), the screws (30) and the rods (34).
(9) Remove the nuts (31), the washers (32) and the screws (33).
(10) Remove the spring-support bracket assembly (27).
