A. Get Access
   (1) Open the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
   (2) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flight controls.
   (3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Remove all the screws that you can see from access panel 193BB ( 194BB) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-11-000-001).
   (2) Fully extend the flaps (Ref. AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-008).
   (3) Remove the rest of the screws from access panel 193BB ( 194BB) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-11-000-001).
   (4) Depressurize the green, yellow and blue hydraulic systems (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
4. Procedure
Subtask 53-35-00-040-052-A
A. Deactivation of the Sliding Panel
   (1) Remove access panel 193BB ( 194BB) with the damaged sliding panel (5) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-11-000-001):
     (a) Remove the damaged sliding panel (5) from access panel 193BB ( 194BB).
     (b) Remove the nut (1), the washer (2), the bolt (4) and the bracket assembly (3).
   (2) Install access panel 193BB ( 194BB) without sliding panel (5) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-11-400-001).
5. Close-up

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Pressurize the green, yellow and blue hydraulic systems (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
   (2) Retract the flaps (Ref. AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-009).

B. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Remove the access platform(s).
   (3) Close the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
   (4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
   (5) Make an entry in the aircraft logbook.
