A. Get Access
(1) Open the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Depressurize the Green, Yellow and Blue hydraulic systems (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
4. Procedure(1) Depressurize the Green, Yellow and Blue hydraulic systems (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
Subtask 53-35-00-040-051-A
A. Deactivation of the Vanes of the Belly-Fairing Louver-Panel
(1) Examine the vanes of the belly-fairing louver-panel for cracks.
(a) Cut and remove the vanes, if there is a crack of more than 50 % length.
(3) If necessary, put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons that the vanes of the belly-fairing louver-panel are deactivated.
5. Close-up(1) Examine the vanes of the belly-fairing louver-panel for cracks.
(a) Cut and remove the vanes, if there is a crack of more than 50 % length.
NOTE: Airbus recommends not to remove more than 3 vanes.
(2) If more than 3 vanes are damage, replace the belly-fairing louver-panel (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-004) (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-400-004). (3) If necessary, put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons that the vanes of the belly-fairing louver-panel are deactivated.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Make an entry in the aircraft log book that the damaged vanes of the belly-fairing louver-panel are deactivated.
