(1) Remove the overhead stowage compartments (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(2) Remove the linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001), and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-001).
(3) Remove the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
Subtask 53-31-00-110-134-A (1) Remove the overhead stowage compartments (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(2) Remove the linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-000-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001), and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-001).
(3) Remove the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the surface of the inspection areas are clean and smooth.
(3) If necessary, make the surface of the inspection areas smooth with CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 280).
(4) Make sure that the inspection areas are clean and dry before you continue.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the surface of the inspection areas are clean and smooth.
WARNING:

(2) If necessary, clean the inspection areas with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) . (3) If necessary, make the surface of the inspection areas smooth with CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 280).
(4) Make sure that the inspection areas are clean and dry before you continue.
Subtask 53-31-00-250-050-A
A. Special Detailed Inspection
(1) Do the special detailed inspection (HFEC) of the stringer coupling from STGR10, LH/RH to crown center line, NTM 533191.
(a) For A320 and A321, do this at FR47.
(b) For A319, do this at FR47/51.
(c) For A318, do this at FR47/54.
(a) Refer to the SRM 511100 for the classification of the damage.
(b) If you find corrosion damage:
5. Close-up(1) Do the special detailed inspection (HFEC) of the stringer coupling from STGR10, LH/RH to crown center line, NTM 533191.
(a) For A320 and A321, do this at FR47.
(b) For A319, do this at FR47/51.
(c) For A318, do this at FR47/54.
NOTE: The stringer coupling lengths are different. Thus the number of stringer coupling rivets can increase or decrease. It is necessary to inspect the stringer coupling surface around all the rivet heads.
(2) Make a report of damage during the inspection procedure. (a) Refer to the SRM 511100 for the classification of the damage.
(b) If you find corrosion damage:
- Refer to the SRM 512200 for the general corrosion data.
- Refer to the SRM 517400 for the repair of the corroded areas.
- refer to the SRM 517300 for the repair of minor damage procedure.
- You must contact Airbus for the necessary corrective action procedure.
Subtask 53-31-00-370-068-A
A. Repair of the Surface Protection
(1) If necessary, repair the paint coatings in the inspection areas (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-12-300-003) or (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-12-300-001).

B. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work areas are clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001), and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-001).
(4) Install the overhead stowage compartments (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-001).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(1) Make sure that the work areas are clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-43-400-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-400-001), and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-001).
(4) Install the overhead stowage compartments (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-001).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
