Subtask 53-31-00-010-127-A

A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position.
(2) Remove the wing-to-fuselage fairings (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-11-000-001):

B. Prepare the Inspection Area
(1) If necessary, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Petroleum Based - (Material No.08BBB1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Make sure that the inspection areas are clean and dry before you continue.
(3) Do a visual check of the inspection area for damage or discontinuities.
(4) If necessary, make the surface of the inspection areas smooth with CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 280).
(5) Do a visual inspection of the surfaces of the inspection areas. Look for damage and defects in the shape of the surfaces.
(6) If you find damage:
(a) Refer to the ASRM SRM 511100 for the classification of the damage.
(b) If you find corrosion damage:

Refer to the ASRM SRM 512200 for the general corrosion data
Refer to the ASRM SRM 517400 for the repair of the corroded areas.

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-31-00-220-071-A

A. Special Detailed Inspection

Angle Fittings of Forward Attachment at FR36 STGR30 LH/RH

(1) Do the special detailed inspection of the forward attachment of the angle fittings at FR36 at STGR30, LH/RH, NTM 533189.

NOTE: If the inspection areas are painted, before you do the inspection you must:

Refer to the procedure steps in the NTM 533189, 'Preparation for Inspection'
Measure the thickness of the paint at the inspection areas
Make sure that the paint thickness is less than the given limit.

(2) Make a report of damage during the inspection procedure:
(a) Refer to the SRM 511100 for the classification of the damage.
(b) If you find corrosion damage:

Refer to the SRM 512200 for the general corrosion data
Refer to the SRM 517400 for the repair of the corroded areas.

Refer to the SRM 517300 for the repair of minor damage.

5. Close-up
Subtask 53-31-00-370-064-A

A. Repair of the Surface Protection
(1) If necessary, repair the paint coating in the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-12-300-003) or (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-12-300-001).

Subtask 53-31-00-410-124-A

B. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the wing-to-fuselage fairings (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-11-400-001):

192BT on the right side.

(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
