Inspection Areas of the Connection Plates at FR43Subtask 53-31-00-010-116-A
A. Get Access
(1) Remove floor panels 241JF 241KF 241LF 241MF 242KF 242LF and 242MF (Ref. AMM TASK 53-00-00-000-801).
(2) Remove the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
Subtask 53-31-00-110-109-A (1) Remove floor panels 241JF 241KF 241LF 241MF 242KF 242LF and 242MF (Ref. AMM TASK 53-00-00-000-801).
(2) Remove the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection areas are sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(3) Make sure that the inspection areas are dry before you continue.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the inspection areas are sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.

(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) . (3) Make sure that the inspection areas are dry before you continue.
Subtask 53-31-00-210-100-A
A. Detailed Inspection
(1) Do a detailed inspection of the connection plates at FR43, between Y=+/-254 mm, and between Y=+765 mm and Y=+1292 mm, and between Y=-765 mm and Y=-1292 mm. This inspection does not include the lateral outer parts of the connection plates.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
- If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 51220001 for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps etc):
- If you find other damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 51110001 for damage classification and corrective action.
5. Close-up(1) Do a detailed inspection of the connection plates at FR43, between Y=+/-254 mm, and between Y=+765 mm and Y=+1292 mm, and between Y=-765 mm and Y=-1292 mm. This inspection does not include the lateral outer parts of the connection plates.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
