B. Get Access
(1) Remove the upper sidewall panel assembly 241CW 241LW 242CW 242LW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-002).
(2) Remove the cove light panels above the emergency exits (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
(3) Remove the riser duct and the cabin-air outlet assembly from both sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).
(4) Remove the necessary insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
Subtask 53-31-00-010-086-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the upper sidewall panel assembly 241CW 241LW 242CW 242LW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-002).
(2) Remove the cove light panels above the emergency exits (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
(3) Remove the riser duct and the cabin-air outlet assembly from both sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).
(4) Remove the necessary insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
B. Get Access
(1) Remove the upper sidewall panel assembly 241FW 242FW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-002).
(2) Remove the cove light panels above the emergency exits (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
(3) Remove the riser duct and the cabin-air outlet assembly from both sides of the cabin, between FR40 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).
(4) Remove the necessary insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
Subtask 53-31-00-110-078-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the upper sidewall panel assembly 241FW 242FW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-002).
(2) Remove the cove light panels above the emergency exits (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
(3) Remove the riser duct and the cabin-air outlet assembly from both sides of the cabin, between FR40 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).
(4) Remove the necessary insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
C. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that the area is dry before you continue.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that the area is dry before you continue.

A. Detailed Inspection
Frame Flanges at FR38 thru FR41, between STGR12 and STGR21, and Longitudinal Beam Flange at STGR20A, between FR38 and FR39, and between FR40 and FR41, LH/RH ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(1) Do a detailed inspection of the frame flanges between stringer 12 and stringer 21 and the longitudinal beam flange at stringer 20A. Do this between FR38 and FR39, and between FR40 and FR41, LH and RH. Look for cracks.
(2) For information on repair procedures for cracks, refer to the ASRM SRM 53001202.

(1) Do a detailed inspection of the frame flanges between stringer 12 and stringer 21 and the longitudinal beam flange at stringer 20A. Do this between FR40 and FR41, LH and RH. Look for cracks.
(2) For information on repair procedures for cracks, refer to the ASRM SRM 53001202.

(3) Install the riser duct and cabin-air outlet assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-410-001).
(4) Install the cove light panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-400-001).
(5) Install the upper sidewall panel assembly 241CW 241LW 242CW 242LW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-002).
(6) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.

(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).

(5) Install the upper sidewall panel assembly 241CW 241LW 242CW 242LW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-002).
(6) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
