A. Get Access
(1) Remove the emergency exit hatches (Ref. AMM TASK 52-21-11-000-001).
(2) If installed, remove the blocked emergency exit hatches (Ref. AMM D/O 52-21-11-00).
(3) Remove sidewall panels 241CW( 242CW) and 241LW( 242LW) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-002).
(4) Remove the cove light panels from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
(5) Remove the overhead stowage compartments from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(6) Remove the riser duct and the cabin air outlet-assembly from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).
(7) Remove the applicable insulation blankets from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
Subtask 53-31-00-010-059-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the emergency exit hatches (Ref. AMM TASK 52-21-11-000-001).
(2) If installed, remove the blocked emergency exit hatches (Ref. AMM D/O 52-21-11-00).

(7) Remove the applicable insulation blankets from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
A. Get Access
(1) Remove the emergency exit hatches (Ref. AMM TASK 52-21-11-000-001).
(2) Remove sidewall panel 241FW( 242FW) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-002).
(3) Remove the cove light panels from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
(4) Remove the overhead stowage compartments from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(5) Remove the riser duct and the cabin air outlet-assembly from the two sides of the cabin, between FR39 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).
(6) Remove the applicable insulation blankets from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).

A. Get Access
(1) Open applicable overwing emergency-exit doors 833( 843) and 834( 844) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-802).
(2) Remove the cove light panels from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
(3) Remove the overhead stowage compartments from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(4) Remove the door frame linings from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-805).
(5) Remove the applicable insulation blankets from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
(6) Remove the locking hooks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-61-000-801).
(7) Remove the riser duct and the cabin air outlet-assembly from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).
Subtask 53-31-00-110-116-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Open applicable overwing emergency-exit doors 833( 843) and 834( 844) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-802).
(2) Remove the cove light panels from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-000-001).
(3) Remove the overhead stowage compartments from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(4) Remove the door frame linings from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-805).
(5) Remove the applicable insulation blankets from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
(6) Remove the locking hooks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-61-000-801).
(7) Remove the riser duct and the cabin air outlet-assembly from the two sides of the cabin, between FR37 and FR41 (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).
B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If the inspection area is not sufficiently clean, clean it with the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If there is a TPS layer and if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection, remove the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If the inspection area is not sufficiently clean, clean it with the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If there is a TPS layer and if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection, remove the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
Subtask 53-31-00-210-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Inspection
(1) Do a detailed inspection of the internal structure around the overwing emergency-exit doors cutouts, from stringer 10 to stringer 23. Do this inspection between FR37 and FR41, on the left and right sides, for damage or discontinuities.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
Subtask 53-31-00-210-058-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do a detailed inspection of the internal structure around the overwing emergency-exit doors cutouts, from stringer 10 to stringer 23. Do this inspection between FR37 and FR41, on the left and right sides, for damage or discontinuities.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
A. Inspection
(1) Do a detailed inspection of the internal structure around the overwing emergency-exit doors cutouts between FR37 and FR41. This inspection includes the hinge fairings, the piano hinges and the latch hook fittings. Do this inspection from stringer 10 to stringer 23, on the left and right sides, for damage or discontinuities.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
Subtask 53-31-00-916-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do a detailed inspection of the internal structure around the overwing emergency-exit doors cutouts between FR37 and FR41. This inspection includes the hinge fairings, the piano hinges and the latch hook fittings. Do this inspection from stringer 10 to stringer 23, on the left and right sides, for damage or discontinuities.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion:

B. Check and Application of the TPS layer
(1) If you removed the TPS layer at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area" paragraph, apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(2) If you did not remove the TPS layer at the ”Preparation of the Inspection Area” paragraph, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(3) If the TPS layer has local damage, remove the damaged TPS layer and apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
5. Close-up(1) If you removed the TPS layer at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area" paragraph, apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(2) If you did not remove the TPS layer at the ”Preparation of the Inspection Area” paragraph, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(3) If the TPS layer has local damage, remove the damaged TPS layer and apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) or Corrosion Preventive Compound-Water Displacing Hard Film - (Material No.12ABB1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the applicable insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the riser duct and the cabin air outlet-assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-410-001).
(4) Install the overhead stowage compartments (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-001).
(5) Install the cove light panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-400-001).
(6) Install sidewall panels 241CW( 242CW) and 241LW( 242LW) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-002).
(7) If removed, install the blocked emergency exit hatches (Ref. AMM D/O 52-21-11-40).
(8) Install the emergency exit hatches (Ref. AMM TASK 52-21-11-400-001).
(9) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.

(2) Install the applicable insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).

(4) Install the overhead stowage compartments (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-001).

(3) Install the riser duct and the cabin air outlet-assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-410-001).
(4) Install the overhead stowage compartments (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-001).
(5) Install the cove light panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-48-400-001).
