Subtask 53-21-00-010-159-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at zone 131(132).
(2) Open forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Remove the applicable sidewall panels between FR35 and FR35.5 (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-003).
(4) Remove the applicable cargo floor panels between FR35 and FR35.5 (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00) and (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001).
(5) Remove the applicable partition panels at FR35.5 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-001).
(6) Remove the applicable insulation blankets between FR35 and FR35.5 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Remove the fasteners to examine the holes SRM 514200.

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-21-00-250-082-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection
(1) Do a special detailed inspection of:
(a) The frame splicing, at stringer 35, from FR35 to FR35.7
(b) The junction, at stringer 32 between the frame and the vertical struts.
Do this inspection on the left and right sides of the frame splicing and the junction for damage and discontinuities NTM 532208.
(2) Make a report of the damage after the NTM inspection:
(a) Corrosion:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for damage types, classification and corrective action.

B. Installation of the Fasteners
(1) Refer to the installation drawing in the SRM identification section for the new fastener references.
(2) Install the fasteners of the examined holes SRM 514200.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the removed insulation blankets between FR35 and FR35.5 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) Install the removed partition panels at FR35.5 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-001).
(4) Install the removed cargo floor panels between FR35 and FR35.5 (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00) and (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-400-001).
(5) Install the removed sidewall panels between FR35 and FR35.5 (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-003).
(6) Close forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(7) Remove the access platform(s).
