3. Job Set-up
Subtask 53-21-00-010-051-A
A. Get Access
   (1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at zone 825.
   (2) Open the forward cargo compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-003).
   (3) Remove the partition panels 132BW 132EW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-11-000-001).
   (4) Remove the ceiling panel 131LC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-002).
   (5) Remove the necessary insulation blankets to get access to the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).

B. Cleaning of the Structure
   (1) Clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , if necessary.
4. Procedure
Subtask 53-21-00-220-057-A
A. Inspection
   (1) Do a detailed inspection of the structure at the junction of FR24 with the cabin floor beam. This inspection is applicable at STGR23, right side only.
   (2) Make sure that there is no :
     (a) Corrosion damage :
- If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
     (b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
- If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for damage classification and corrective action.
5. Close-up
Subtask 53-21-00-410-051-A
A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
   (3) Install the ceiling panel 131LC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-002).
   (4) Install the partition panels 132BW 132EW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-11-400-001).
   (5) Close the forward cargo compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-004).
   (6) Remove the access platform(s).
