A. Installation of the Chain Cable Guide
(2) Put the chain (3) in the correct position.
(4) Apply the Varnish-- Electrical Bonding Structure (Material No.04TMB2) on the screws (1).
(5) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(7) Connect the electrical connectors (8).
(8) Install the washers (10), the screws (11) and the nuts (9) on the electrical connectors (8).
(9) Install the heat-shrink sleeves (6) in the correct position on the cables (4).
(10) Install the cable ties (5).
(11) Install the sliding window lining (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-400-002).
Subtask 53-16-12-865-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE INSTALLATION AND ROUTING OF ALL ELECTRICAL CABLES AGREE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ELECTRICAL STANDARD PRACTICES MANUAL.
(1) Install the cables (4) into the chain (3). (2) Put the chain (3) in the correct position.
NOTE: You must make sure that the cables (4) are attached in front of the support (8).
(3) Install the washers (2) and the screws (1) on the chain (3). (4) Apply the Varnish-- Electrical Bonding Structure (Material No.04TMB2) on the screws (1).
(5) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
NOTE: Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(6) Connect the cables (4) to the electrical connectors (8) ESPM 2044100. (7) Connect the electrical connectors (8).
(8) Install the washers (10), the screws (11) and the nuts (9) on the electrical connectors (8).
(9) Install the heat-shrink sleeves (6) in the correct position on the cables (4).
(10) Install the cable ties (5).
(11) Install the sliding window lining (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-400-002).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
