Subtask 53-16-11-010-053-A

A. Get Access
(1) Remove the applicable NLG aft door-assembly (Ref. AMM TASK 32-22-13-010-001).
(2) Open applicable access door 812(824) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
(3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 123(124).

CAUTION: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO WORK ON OR NEAR THE AIR-CONDITIONING DUCTS. THE DUCTS ARE MADE OF THIN MATERIAL AND YOU CAN EASILY BREAK THEM.

(4) If necessary, remove the applicable air-conditioning distribution duct(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 21-20-00-010-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-16-11-020-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Hinge Assembly of the NLG Aft Door-Assembly
(1) Remove and discard the cotter pin (3).
(2) Remove the nut (2), the washer (1) and the hinge assembly (5) from the structure (4).

Subtask 53-16-11-020-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Hinge Assembly of the NLG Aft Door-Assembly
(1) Remove and discard the cotter pin (3).
(2) Remove the nut (2), the washer (1), the hinge assembly (6) and the washer (5) from the structure (4).
