B. Get Access

WARNING: DO NOT OPEN THE RADOME IF THE WIND SPEED IS MORE THAN 25 KNOTS.

(1) In the cockpit, put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the radar system on the center pedestal.
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 110, in front of the radome.
(3) Open the radome (Ref. AMM TASK 53-15-11-010-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-15-11-020-060-A

A. Removal of the Seal at FR1
(1) If installed, remove the shims (7) from the ends of the seal (2).
(2) Remove the nuts (3) and the retainer (1).
(3) Remove and discard the seal (2) from the structure.
