A. Get Access
(1) Open the cockpit sliding window (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-010-001).
(2) Remove lining panel 212PW:
(a) Remove the screws (3) and the washers (2).
(b) Loosen the fastener (1).
(c) Remove lining panel 212PW.
Subtask 53-11-00-110-166-A (1) Open the cockpit sliding window (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-010-001).
(2) Remove lining panel 212PW:
(a) Remove the screws (3) and the washers (2).
(b) Loosen the fastener (1).
(c) Remove lining panel 212PW.
B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If sealant or paint is applied on the inspection area:
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If sealant or paint is applied on the inspection area:
- Remove the sealant with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC, and/or
- Remove the paint.
Subtask 53-11-00-250-081-A
A. Inspection
(1) Do a special detailed inspection (HFEC) of the windshield side post at FR4 for damage or discontinuities. Do this inspection on the right internal side of the lower attachment of the four horizontal stiffeners NTM 531136.
(2) Make a report of the damage after the NTM inspection:
(a) Corrosion :
If you find damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
Subtask 53-11-00-910-062-A (1) Do a special detailed inspection (HFEC) of the windshield side post at FR4 for damage or discontinuities. Do this inspection on the right internal side of the lower attachment of the four horizontal stiffeners NTM 531136.
(2) Make a report of the damage after the NTM inspection:
(a) Corrosion :
If you find damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
B. Sealant or Paint Application
(1) If the NTM procedure told you to remove the sealant and/or paint from the inspection area, apply sealant SRM 512400 or paint SRM 512300 on the inspection area.
5. Close-up(1) If the NTM procedure told you to remove the sealant and/or paint from the inspection area, apply sealant SRM 512400 or paint SRM 512300 on the inspection area.
Subtask 53-11-00-410-146-A
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install lining panel 212PW:
(a) Put lining panel 212PW in position.
(b) Tighten the fastener (1).
(c) Install the washers (2) and the screws (3).
(d) Tighten the screws (3).
(3) Close the cockpit sliding window (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-410-001).
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(2) Install lining panel 212PW:
(a) Put lining panel 212PW in position.
(b) Tighten the fastener (1).
(c) Install the washers (2) and the screws (3).
(d) Tighten the screws (3).
(3) Close the cockpit sliding window (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-410-001).
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
