3. Job Set-up
Subtask 53-11-00-010-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Get Access
(1) Open the sliding window (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-010-001).
(2) Remove the lining panel 211PW ( 212PW). To do this:

(a) Remove the screw (3) and the washer (2).
(b) Loosen the fastener (1).
(c) Remove the lining panel 211PW ( 212PW).
(3) Remove the lining panel 211NW ( 212NW) from the windshield side post at FR4. To do this:

(a) Remove the nut (4) and the screws (5).
(b) Remove the lining panel 211NW ( 212NW) (6).

B. Cleaning of the Structure
(1) Clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , if necessary.

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-11-00-220-079-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection

Lower Attachment Area of the Windshield Side Post at FR4 - Internal Side ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Do a detail inspection of the internal side of the lower attachment of the windshield side post. This inspection is applicable at FR4, left and right sides.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
- If you find corrosion damage, refer to Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
- If you find other damage, refer to Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for damage classification and corrective action.

5. Close-up
Subtask 53-11-00-410-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the lining panel 211NW ( 212NW) on the windshield side post at FR4. To do this:

(a) Put the lining panel 211NW ( 212NW) (6) in position on the windshield side post.
(b) Install the screws (5) and the nut (4) and tighten them.
(3) Install the lining panel 211PW ( 212PW). To do this:

(a) Put the lining panel 211PW ( 212PW) in position.
(b) Tighten the fastener (1).
(c) Install the washer (2) and the screw (3).
(d) Tighten the screw (3).
(4) Close the sliding window (Ref. AMM TASK 56-12-11-410-001).
