A. Get Access
(1) Remove the necessary ceiling panels between FR 15 and FR 21 to get access to the inspection areas (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(2) Remove the necessary lining panels around the frame of the passenger/crew door between FR 16 and FR 20 to get access to the inspection areas (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-002) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-005).
(3) Remove the necessary insulation blankets around the frame of the passenger/crew door to get access to the inspection areas (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
Subtask 53-11-00-110-139-A (1) Remove the necessary ceiling panels between FR 15 and FR 21 to get access to the inspection areas (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(2) Remove the necessary lining panels around the frame of the passenger/crew door between FR 16 and FR 20 to get access to the inspection areas (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-002) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-005).
(3) Remove the necessary insulation blankets around the frame of the passenger/crew door to get access to the inspection areas (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
B. Preparation of Inspection Area
(1) Clean the inspection surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , if necessary.
(2) Make sure that the surface of the inspection area is clean and smooth.
(3) Do a visual check of the inspection area for damage and discontinuities.
(4) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
4. Procedure(1) Clean the inspection surface with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , if necessary.
(2) Make sure that the surface of the inspection area is clean and smooth.
(3) Do a visual check of the inspection area for damage and discontinuities.
(4) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
- If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
- If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for damage classification and corrective action.
Subtask 53-11-00-280-052-A
A. Inspection
(1) Do a special detailed inspection of the forward passenger/crew door cutout, intercostals fittings N°7 between FR 15-16 and FR 20-21, LH/RH. Refer to the Non-destructive Testing Manual NTM 519000.
(2) Make a report of damage after NDT inspection:
(a) Corrosion damage:
5. Close-up(1) Do a special detailed inspection of the forward passenger/crew door cutout, intercostals fittings N°7 between FR 15-16 and FR 20-21, LH/RH. Refer to the Non-destructive Testing Manual NTM 519000.
(2) Make a report of damage after NDT inspection:
(a) Corrosion damage:
- If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.

Subtask 53-11-00-410-120-A
A. Close Access
(1) Install the insulation blankets around the frame of the passenger/crew door (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(2) Install the lining panels around the frame of the passenger/crew door between FR 16 and FR 20 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-006) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-007).
(3) Install the ceiling panel between FR 15 and FR 21 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001).
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(1) Install the insulation blankets around the frame of the passenger/crew door (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(2) Install the lining panels around the frame of the passenger/crew door between FR 16 and FR 20 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-006) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-007).
(3) Install the ceiling panel between FR 15 and FR 21 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001).
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
