B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Obey the special precautions before the work in the overwing escape-slide system (Ref. AMM TASK 25-62-00-481-001).

C. Get Access
(1) Remove the emergency EXIT sign (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-16-000-001):
(a) FOR [35WN1] (IND LT-SLIDE ARMED, L OVERWING DOORS), [430WL] (EXIT MARKING SIGN)
(b) FOR [35WN2] (IND LT-SLIDE ARMED, R OVERWING DOORS), [420WL] (EXIT MARKING SIGN)
(2) Remove the cabin wall-mounted emergency-EXIT-markers (Ref. AMM TASK 33-51-13-000-001):
(a) FOR [35WN1] (IND LT-SLIDE ARMED, L OVERWING DOORS), [95WL5] (EMERGENCY LIGHT)
(b) FOR [35WN2] (IND LT-SLIDE ARMED, R OVERWING DOORS), [95WL6] (EMERGENCY LIGHT)
(3) Open the applicable overwing emergency-exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-802).
(4) Carefully remove the applicable frame lining (1) until you have access to the electrical connector (5) of the SLIDE ARMED indicator light (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-805).

4. Procedure
Subtask 52-73-21-020-064-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the SLIDE ARMED Indicator Light
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (5) from the electrical receptacle (6).
(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Carefully engage the SCREWDRIVER - SMALL in the slots (3) and push the latches (2).
(4) Remove the SLIDE ARMED indicator light (4) from the frame lining (1).
