A. Installation of the Control Unit
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.

CAUTION:
BE CAREFUL DURING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION OF THE CONTROL UNIT. THE BONDING WIRES ARE SHORT AND DAMAGE CAN EASILY OCCUR TO THEM.
(5) Put the control unit (1) in position and connect the electrical connectors (3) and (4). CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT YOU PROGRAM THE CONTROL UNIT OF THE COCKPIT- DOOR LOCKING SYSTEM AFTER INSTALLATION. IF YOU DO NOT, ACCESS TO THE COCKPIT AREA WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
(6) Carefully install the control unit (1) and tighten the captive screws (2). B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
