A. Removal of the Spy Hole
(1) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Remove the knurled sleeve nut (4) and the spacer (3) from the spy hole (1).
(3) Remove the spy hole (1) from the milled disk (2) of the cockpit door (5).

(2) Remove the knurled sleeve nut (4) and the spacer (3) from the spy hole (1).
(3) Remove the spy hole (1) from the milled disk (2) of the cockpit door (5).
B. Installation of the Spy Hole
(2) Apply three points of Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 3 (Material No.05EML7) or Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 2 (Material No.05EML8) to the cleaned areas.
(3) Put the spy hole (1) from the cabin side into the milled disk (2) of the cockpit door (5).
(4) Install the spacer (3) and the knurled sleeve nut (4) on the spy hole (1).
(5) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(6) Tighten the knurled sleeve nut (4).
(7) Remove the unwanted bonding and adhesive compound with a lint-free cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .

CAUTION:
USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED MATERIALS AND OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURERS. OTHER MATERIALS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE PROTECTION OF THE COMPONENTS AND THE RELATED AREA.
(1) Clean the mating area of the milled disk (2) and the flange of the spy hole(1). Use the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the lint-free cloth, Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) . (2) Apply three points of Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 3 (Material No.05EML7) or Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 2 (Material No.05EML8) to the cleaned areas.
(3) Put the spy hole (1) from the cabin side into the milled disk (2) of the cockpit door (5).
(4) Install the spacer (3) and the knurled sleeve nut (4) on the spy hole (1).
(5) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(6) Tighten the knurled sleeve nut (4).
(7) Remove the unwanted bonding and adhesive compound with a lint-free cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
