A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that access to the cockpit is available.
   (2) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

4. Procedure
Subtask 52-51-00-440-053-A
A. Reactivation of the Key Pad
   (1) Cut and remove the tie-wrap to release the temporarily attached connector (4).
   (2) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (4) and receptacle (3).
   (3) Connect the electrical connector (4) to the receptacle (3).
   (4) Carefully install the control unit (1) and tighten the captive screws (2).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

   (2) Do the operational test of the cockpit door locking system (Ref. AMM TASK 52-51-00-710-002).
   (3) Do the operational test of the routine access (Ref. AMM TASK 52-51-00-710-001).
   (4) Do the operational test of the emergency access (Ref. AMM TASK 52-51-00-710-003).
