   (3) If necessary, replace the sealing strip (16):
     (a) Clean the area with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) .
     (b) Install the new sealing strip (16) on the access door (3):
     (c) Cut the sealing strip (16) to the necessary length.
Subtask 52-42-26-420-050-A
B. Installation of Access Doors 195BB and 196BB
NOTE: This installation procedure is given for one access door. The procedure for the other access door is the same.
   (1) If removed, install the hinges (6) as follows:
     (a) Prepare the surface of the bonding point(s) at the screw (12) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-803).
     (b) Put the hinges (6) in position on the access door (3).
     (c) Install the washers (4) and (7), the screws (5) and (12) and the nuts (8).
     (d) Tighten the nuts (8).
     (e) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
   (2) Put the access door (3) in position and install the pins (11) in the brackets (10) and the hinges (6).
   (3) Lock the pins (11) with the clamps (9).
   (4) Put the lanyard (2) in position on the access door (3) and install the screw (1).
   (5) TORQUE the screw (1) to between 1.70 and 1.36 m.N (15.04 and 12.04 lbf.in ) T .
   (6) Prepare the surface of the bonding point(s) at the screw (13) (
Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-803).
   (7) Install the bonding strap (14), the screw (13) and the nut (15).
   (8) Tighten the nut (15).
   (9) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
   (10) Close the access door (3).
Subtask 52-42-26-820-050-A
C. Adjustment of Access Doors 195BB and 196BB
NOTE: This adjustment procedure is given for one access door. The procedure for the other access door is the same.
   (1) Measure clearances J1 and J3 between the access door (3) and the door (31).
   (2) Make sure that clearances J1 are 3.0 -1.0 mm or +1.0 mm (0.12 -0.04 in. or +0.04 in.).
   (3) Make sure that clearances J3 are 3 -2.0 mm or +2.0 mm (0.12 -0.08 in. or +0.08 in.).
   (4) If a minimum of one clearance J1 or J3 is out of the tolerances, adjust the access door (3) as follows:
     (a) Loosen the nuts (8) and move the hinges (6) as necessary.
     (b) Tighten the nuts (8).
   (5) Measure skin offsets J2 and J4 between the access door (3) and the door (31).
   (6) Make sure that skin offsets J2 are 0.0 -1.0 mm or +1.0 mm (0 -0.04 in. or +0.04 in.).
   (7) Make sure that skin offsets J4 are 0.0 -1.5 mm or +1.5 mm (0 -0.06 in. or +0.06 in.).
   (8) If a minimum of one skin offset J2 or J4 is out of the tolerances, adjust the access door (3) as follows:
     (a) Remove the nuts (8), the screws (5) and (12), the washers (4) and (7) and the hinges (6).
     (b) If necessary, prepare again the surface of the bonding point(s) at the screw (12) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-803).
     (c) If necessary, apply Paste Adhesive-- Liquid shim - (Material No.13FGC1) on the mating surfaces of the hinges (6).
     (d) Install the hinges (6), the washers (4) and (7), the screws (5) and (12) and the nuts (8).
     (e) Adjust the position of the hinges (6) as necessary.
     (f) Tighten the nuts (8).
     (g) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
   (9) Close the access door (3).
   (10) Remove the applicable panel:
   (11) With the access door (3) closed, measure clearance J5 between the two latch rollers (33) of the access door (3) and the fittings (32) of the door (31).
   (12) Make sure that clearances J5 are 0.0 +0 mm or +0.5 mm (0 +0 in. or +0.02 in.).
   (13) If a minimum of one clearance J5 is out of the tolerances, do step (8) again to adjust the access door (3).
   (14) If you moved one or two hinge(s) (6) from the access door (3), do a check of the parallelism and concentricity of the hinges (6):
     (a) Make sure that the parallelism of the hinges (6) has a tolerance of 0.2 mm (0.01 in.).
     (b) Make sure that the concentricity of the axis of the hinges (6) has a tolerance of 0.1 mm (0.00 in.).
     (c) Open and close the access door (3) and make sure that the access door (3) moves freely.
     (d) If the parallelism and/or the concentricity of the hinges (6) is(are) out of the tolerances, do step (8) again to adjust the access door (3).
   (15) Install the applicable panel:
