Removal of the HP Air-Ground Connector Door
WARNING:

C. Get Access
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position in zone 191.
(2) Open the access door 191DB.
4. Procedure(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position in zone 191.
(2) Open the access door 191DB.

A. Removal of the HP Air-Ground Connector Door
(1) Release the spring (3) from the spring fitting (7).
(2) Hold the door (2).
(3) Remove the nuts (6) and the bolts (1) from the hinges (4).
(4) Remove and keep the door stopper (5).
(5) Remove the door (2).
Subtask 52-42-16-020-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Release the spring (3) from the spring fitting (7).
(2) Hold the door (2).
(3) Remove the nuts (6) and the bolts (1) from the hinges (4).
(4) Remove and keep the door stopper (5).
(5) Remove the door (2).
A. Removal of the HP Air-Ground Connector Door
(2) Record the position of the clamp (9).
(3) Hold the flexible hose of the OEA outlet (below) (8) and loosen the screw of the clamp (9).
(4) Let the bellow (8) to retract smoothly to its position and remove the clamp (9).
(5) Remove the nuts (6) and the bolts (1) from the hinge (4).
(6) Remove and keep the door stopper (5).
(7) Remove the door (2).
(8) Put a COVER - PLASTIC on the bellow (8).
WARNING:
DO NOT GO INTO THE WORK AREA UNTIL A MINIMUM OF 5 MINUTES AFTER YOU REMOVE THE ACCESS PANEL. LET AIR FLOW THROUGH THE WORK AREA. AIR FROM THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW OXYGEN CONTENT AND CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH.
(1) Release the spring (3) from the spring fitting (7). (2) Record the position of the clamp (9).
(3) Hold the flexible hose of the OEA outlet (below) (8) and loosen the screw of the clamp (9).
(4) Let the bellow (8) to retract smoothly to its position and remove the clamp (9).
(5) Remove the nuts (6) and the bolts (1) from the hinge (4).
(6) Remove and keep the door stopper (5).
(7) Remove the door (2).
(8) Put a COVER - PLASTIC on the bellow (8).
