A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2) Make sure that the access platform is in position.

Subtask 52-42-14-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Potable Water Service Door
(1) Install the door (1) on the hinge side.
(2) Install the bolts (4) and the nuts (3) and tighten them.
Subtask 52-42-14-820-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install the door (1) on the hinge side.
(2) Install the bolts (4) and the nuts (3) and tighten them.
NOTE: Do an electrical bonding when you install the bolts (4) and the nuts (3) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(3) Attach the spring (5) to the fitting (2) of the door (1). B. Alignment of the Drain Pipes with the Rubber Seals
(2) Loosen the screws (8).
(3) Move the rubber seals (6) and (9) until they align with the drain pipes (11).
(4) Tighten the screws (8) until the rubber seals (6) and (9) touch the flanges (7) and (10).
(5) Turn the screws (8) a quarter turn clockwise.
(6) Close the door (1).
Subtask 52-42-14-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: The alignment of the drain pipes with the rubber seals is not always necessary.
(1) Open the door (1). (2) Loosen the screws (8).
(3) Move the rubber seals (6) and (9) until they align with the drain pipes (11).
(4) Tighten the screws (8) until the rubber seals (6) and (9) touch the flanges (7) and (10).
(5) Turn the screws (8) a quarter turn clockwise.
(6) Close the door (1).
C. Installation of the Potable Water Service Door
(1) Install the door (1) on the hinge side.
(2) Put the door stopper (6) in position.
(3) Install the bolts (4) and the nuts (3) and tighten them.

(2) Put the door stopper (6) in position.
(3) Install the bolts (4) and the nuts (3) and tighten them.
NOTE: Do an electrical bonding when you install the bolts (4) and the nuts (3) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).

(3) Move the rubber seals (7) and (10) until they align with the drain pipes (12).
(4) Tighten the screws (9) until the rubber seals (7) and (10) touch the flanges (8) and (11).
(5) Turn the screws (9) a quarter turn clockwise.
(6) Close the door (1).

(5) Turn the screws (9) a quarter turn clockwise.
(6) Close the door (1).
E. Check of the Door Opening/Closing
(1) Open and close the door (1).
(2) Make sure that the door (1) operates correctly.

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the service door 192NB.
(3) Remove the access platform.
