Subtask 52-41-24-941-050-A
A. Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position below the access door of the Blue hydraulic system.
4. ProcedureSubtask 52-41-24-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Access Door (197FB)
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Put the access door (2) in the installation position.
(4) Install the screws (1), the washers (17) and the nuts (16).
(5) Install the bonding strap (15) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(6) If it was necessary to remove the spring bolt assembly, install it as follows:
(a) Make sure that all parts of the removed spring bolt assembly are clean and in the correct condition.
(b) Make sure that the bearing flange assy (7) and the hinge (19) are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Install the spring bolt (13) with the pin (3) and the retaining ring (14) at the hinge (19).
(d) Put the compression spring (12) and the guide (10) in position on the spring bolt (13).
(e) Install the guide (10) with the washers (11), the pin (8) and the retaining ring (9) at the bearing flange assy (7).
(7) If it was necessary to remove the hinges (18) and (19), install them as follows:
(a) Make sure that the support fitting assemblies (6) are clean and in the correct condition.
(b) Install the hinges (18) and (19) with the pins (4) and the retaining rings (5) at the support fitting assemblies (6).
(c) Connect the spring bolt assembly with the pin (3) and the retaining ring (14).
Subtask 52-41-24-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Put the access door (2) in the installation position.
(4) Install the screws (1), the washers (17) and the nuts (16).
(5) Install the bonding strap (15) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(6) If it was necessary to remove the spring bolt assembly, install it as follows:
(a) Make sure that all parts of the removed spring bolt assembly are clean and in the correct condition.
(b) Make sure that the bearing flange assy (7) and the hinge (19) are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Install the spring bolt (13) with the pin (3) and the retaining ring (14) at the hinge (19).
(d) Put the compression spring (12) and the guide (10) in position on the spring bolt (13).
(e) Install the guide (10) with the washers (11), the pin (8) and the retaining ring (9) at the bearing flange assy (7).
(7) If it was necessary to remove the hinges (18) and (19), install them as follows:
(a) Make sure that the support fitting assemblies (6) are clean and in the correct condition.
(b) Install the hinges (18) and (19) with the pins (4) and the retaining rings (5) at the support fitting assemblies (6).
(c) Connect the spring bolt assembly with the pin (3) and the retaining ring (14).

(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) If removed, assemble the hinges (3) on the access panel and attach with the screws (5) and the washers (4).
(4) Put the access door (2) on the hinges (3) and attach it with the bolts (9), the washers (10) and the nuts (11).
(5) Put the bonding strap (6) on the upper hinge (3) and attach it with the bolt (1), the washer (7) and the nut (8) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
Subtask 52-41-24-820-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) If removed, assemble the hinges (3) on the access panel and attach with the screws (5) and the washers (4).
(4) Put the access door (2) on the hinges (3) and attach it with the bolts (9), the washers (10) and the nuts (11).
(5) Put the bonding strap (6) on the upper hinge (3) and attach it with the bolt (1), the washer (7) and the nut (8) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
B. Adjustment of the Access Door (197FB)
(1) Carefully close and lock the access door (2).
(2) Make sure that the values of the permitted contour offset and the clearances between the access door (2) and the panel 197BB are in the limits.

(3) If it is necessary to adjust the access door (2):
(a) Remove the access panel 197BB as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).
(b) Loosen the screws (31).
(c) Adjust the latch hook (30) until you get the correct values.
(d) Tighten the screws (31).
(4) Make sure that it is possible to open and close the access door (2) correctly.
(5) Make sure that the latch assembly is correctly locked and the access door (2) is flush with the fuselage skin.
Subtask 52-41-24-820-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Carefully close and lock the access door (2).
(2) Make sure that the values of the permitted contour offset and the clearances between the access door (2) and the panel 197BB are in the limits.

(b) Loosen the screws (31).
(c) Adjust the latch hook (30) until you get the correct values.
(d) Tighten the screws (31).
(4) Make sure that it is possible to open and close the access door (2) correctly.
(5) Make sure that the latch assembly is correctly locked and the access door (2) is flush with the fuselage skin.
B. Adjustment of the Access Door (197FB)
(1) Carefully close and lock the access door (2).
(2) Make sure that the values of the permitted contour offset and the clearances between the access door (2) and the panel 197KB are in the limits.
(3) If it is necessary to adjust the access door (2):
(a) Remove the access panel 197KB as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).
(b) Loosen the screws (31).
(c) Adjust the latch hook (30) until you get the correct values.
(d) Tighten the screws (31).
(4) Make sure that it is possible to open and close the access door (2) correctly.
(5) Make sure that the latch assembly is correctly locked and the access door (2) is flush with the fuselage skin.
5. Close-up(1) Carefully close and lock the access door (2).
(2) Make sure that the values of the permitted contour offset and the clearances between the access door (2) and the panel 197KB are in the limits.
(3) If it is necessary to adjust the access door (2):
(a) Remove the access panel 197KB as necessary (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).
(b) Loosen the screws (31).
(c) Adjust the latch hook (30) until you get the correct values.
(d) Tighten the screws (31).
(4) Make sure that it is possible to open and close the access door (2) correctly.
(5) Make sure that the latch assembly is correctly locked and the access door (2) is flush with the fuselage skin.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) If removed, install the access panel 197BB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-400-002).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) If removed, install the access panel 197KB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-400-002).
