A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position below the access door of the Blue hydraulic system 197FB.
(2) Open the access door 197FB.
(3) If it is necessary to remove the hinges (18) and (19), or the spring bolt assembly of the access door (2):

remove the access panel 197BB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).

A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position below the access door of the Blue hydraulic system 197FB.
(2) Open the access door 197FB.

4. Procedure
Subtask 52-41-24-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Access Door (197FB)
(1) Hold the access door (2) and remove the nuts (16), the washers (17) and the screws (1).
(2) Disconnect the bonding strap (15).
(3) Remove the access door (2).
(4) If it is necessary to remove the hinges (18) and (19), do the subsequent steps:
(a) Remove the retaining ring (14) and the pin (3).
(b) Remove the retaining rings (5) and the pins (4).
(c) Remove the hinges (18) and (19).
(5) If it is necessary to remove the spring bolt assembly, do the subsequent steps:
(a) Remove the retaining ring (14) and the pin (3).
(b) Remove the retaining ring (9) and the pin (8).
(c) Remove the spring bolt (13) with the compression spring (12).
(d) Remove the guide (10) and the washers (11).

Subtask 52-41-24-020-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Access Door (197FB)
(1) Remove the nut (8), the washer (7) and the bolt (1) and disconnect the bonding strap (6) from the upper hinge (3).
(2) Hold the access door (2), remove the nuts (11), the washers (10) and the bolts (9) and disconnect the access door (2) from the hinges (3).
(3) If necessary, remove the screws (5) and the washers (4) and disassemble the hinge (3) from the access panel.
