A. Get Access
(1) FOR [2501MJ] (MAN SEL VALVE-FWD CARGO DOOR)
(a) Open the FWD cargo-compartment door (referred to as cargo door) with the hand pump (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-003).
(b) Install the actuator safety locks on the door actuators to safety the opened cargo door.
(c) Find the designation of the applicable floor panel to get access to the manual selector valve (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00).
1 Remove the applicable floor panel of the FWD cargo compartment between FR29 and FR30 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001).
(2) FOR [2504MJ] (MAN SEL VALVE-AFT CARGO DOOR)
(a) Open the AFT cargo-compartment door (referred to as cargo door) with the hand pump (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-003).
(b) Install the actuator safety locks on the door actuators to safety the opened cargo door.
(c) Find the designation of the applicable floor panel to get access to the manual selector valve (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00).
1 Remove the applicable floor panel of the AFT cargo compartment between FR56 and FR57 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-42-14-000-001).

(a) Open the FWD cargo-compartment door (referred to as cargo door) with the hand pump (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-003).

(c) Find the designation of the applicable floor panel to get access to the manual selector valve (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00).

(c) Find the designation of the applicable floor panel to get access to the manual selector valve (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00).
1 Remove the applicable floor panel of the FWD cargo compartment between FR29 and FR30 (Ref. AMM TASK 53-22-14-000-001).
(2) FOR [2504MJ] (MAN SEL VALVE-AFT CARGO DOOR)
(a) Open the AFT cargo-compartment door (referred to as cargo door) with the hand pump (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-003).
(b) Install the actuator safety locks on the door actuators to safety the opened cargo door.
(c) Find the designation of the applicable floor panel to get access to the manual selector valve (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00).

C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Depressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
(6) Disconnect the isolation coupling of the power transfer unit (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001) to prevent the pressurization of the Green hydraulic system.
4. Procedure(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Depressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
- in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel,
- on the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.
(6) Disconnect the isolation coupling of the power transfer unit (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001) to prevent the pressurization of the Green hydraulic system.
Subtask 52-36-15-020-052-B
A. Removal of the Proximity Switch
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (11) from the proximity switch (12).
(2) Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connector (11) and on the receptacle of the proximity switch (12).
(3) Cut and remove the lockwire from the proximity switch (12).
(4) Remove the proximity switch (12) from the valve body (13).
(5) Remove the back-up ring (23) and the O-ring (24) from the valve body (13).
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (11) from the proximity switch (12).
(2) Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connector (11) and on the receptacle of the proximity switch (12).
(3) Cut and remove the lockwire from the proximity switch (12).
(4) Remove the proximity switch (12) from the valve body (13).
(5) Remove the back-up ring (23) and the O-ring (24) from the valve body (13).
NOTE: Discard the O-ring (24).
Proximity Switch
