A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that applicable overwing emergency door 833 ( 843) or 834 ( 844) is closed, latched and locked (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-802).
(3) Make sure that the door lining of the applicable overwing emergency door is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-803).
Subtask 52-22-71-865-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that applicable overwing emergency door 833 ( 843) or 834 ( 844) is closed, latched and locked (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-802).
(3) Make sure that the door lining of the applicable overwing emergency door is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-803).
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

C. Preparation for Installation
(1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) on the thread of the screws (2) and (6).

Subtask 52-22-71-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the FLA
(1) Put the FLA (1) in the correct position on the frame (4):
(a) Align the FLA (1) with the shaft hole (5) from the frame (4).
(b) Adjust the FLA (1) to align it with the guide pins (3) and push it in the installation position.
(2) TORQUE the screws (2) and (6) to between 4.5 and 3.7 m.N (39.82 and 32.74 lbf.in )

(3) Do the electrical bonding of the FLA (1) at the screw (6) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802):
(a) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Low Density Multi Purpose Brushable - (Material No.06ACA1) and Varnish-- Electrical Bonding Structure (Material No.04TMB2) on the head of the screw (6).
(4) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(6) Connect the electrical connector (7) to the FLA (1).
Subtask 52-22-71-865-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the FLA (1) in the correct position on the frame (4):

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the lining of the applicable overwing emergency door 833 ( 843) or 834 ( 844) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-803).
