(1) Open emergency exit door 833, 834, 843 or 844 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(2) Do the special precaution on the door damper and emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).

A. Get Access
(1) Open emergency exit door 835 or 845 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(2) Do the special precaution on the door damper and emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).

4. Procedure
Subtask 52-22-11-210-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection

Cylinder Assembly ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Do a detailed inspection of the door damper and emergency operation cylinder (referred to as "door damper") as follows:
(a) Make sure that there is no fluid leakage around the door damper.
(b) Make sure that there are no corrosion, cracks, marks or dents on the door damper.
(c) Make sure that the door damper is correctly attached.
(d) Make sure that the paint is in the correct condition.
(e) If you find any type of damage, replace the door damper (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-14-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-14-400-001).
(2) Examine the bonding straps of the door damper and their attachments for correct condition (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-200-001).
(3) Make sure that the pressure of the door damper shown on the pressure gage is correct.
(4) If the pressure is not correct, fill the door damper (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-614-002).

5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Do the special precaution on the door damper and emergency operation cylinder (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(3) Close emergency exit door 833, 834, 843 or 844 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
