(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at passenger/crew door 832( 842).
(2) Open passenger/crew door 832( 842) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).

B. Remove the girt bar fittings (Ref. AMM TASK 52-13-31-000-003).

A. Removal of the Blanking Plates

Girt-Bar Fitting Blanking-Plates and Sealing of the Blanking Plates

(1) Remove the sealant from the blanking plates (3) with the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the blanking plates (3) with the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) .
(3) Remove the screws (2), the blanking plates (3) and the spacers (4).
