A. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at passenger/crew door 831(841).
(2) Open passenger/crew door 831( 841) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).

Subtask 52-11-31-020-061-A
A. Removal of the Blanking Plates
(1) Pull the cords (11) up to remove the sealant from the floor panel joints.
(2) Remove the remaining sealant around the blanking plates (1) with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) , the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(3) Loosen the screws (2) and remove them.
(4) Remove the blanking plates (1).
Subtask 52-11-31-020-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Pull the cords (11) up to remove the sealant from the floor panel joints.
(2) Remove the remaining sealant around the blanking plates (1) with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) , the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and the SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(3) Loosen the screws (2) and remove them.
(4) Remove the blanking plates (1).
B. Removal of the Drain Pans
(1) Remove the shims (3).
(2) Remove the nuts (9), the screws (8) and the fittings (5).
(3) Remove the clip nuts (4) from the fittings (5).
(4) Remove the nut plates (6) and the drain pans (7).
(5) Put the PLUG - BLANKING in the drain tubes.
Subtask 52-11-31-020-062-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the shims (3).
(2) Remove the nuts (9), the screws (8) and the fittings (5).
(3) Remove the clip nuts (4) from the fittings (5).
(4) Remove the nut plates (6) and the drain pans (7).
(5) Put the PLUG - BLANKING in the drain tubes.
B. Removal of the Drain Pans
(1) Remove the shims (3).
(2) Remove the nuts (10), the bolts (9) and the fittings (5).
(3) Remove the clip nuts (4) from the fittings (5).
(4) Remove the nut plates (6), the drain pans (7) and the gasket antenna (8).
(5) Put the PLUG - BLANKING in the drain tubes.
(1) Remove the shims (3).
(2) Remove the nuts (10), the bolts (9) and the fittings (5).
(3) Remove the clip nuts (4) from the fittings (5).
(4) Remove the nut plates (6), the drain pans (7) and the gasket antenna (8).
(5) Put the PLUG - BLANKING in the drain tubes.
