A. Get Access
(1) For the passenger/crew door:
(a) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position:
1 For the left passenger/crew door at zone 831 or 832.
2 For the right passenger/crew door at zone 841 or 842.
(b) Open the passenger/crew door 831, 841, 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-001).
(2) For the emergency exit door:
(a) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position:
1 For the left emergency exit door, at zone 833 or 843.
2 For the right emergency exit door, at zone 834 or 844.
(b) Open the emergency exit door 833 or 843 or 834 or 844 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
Subtask 52-00-00-010-055-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) For the passenger/crew door:
(a) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position:
1 For the left passenger/crew door at zone 831 or 832.
2 For the right passenger/crew door at zone 841 or 842.
(b) Open the passenger/crew door 831, 841, 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-001).
(2) For the emergency exit door:
(a) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position:
1 For the left emergency exit door, at zone 833 or 843.
2 For the right emergency exit door, at zone 834 or 844.
(b) Open the emergency exit door 833 or 843 or 834 or 844 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
A. Get Access

(a) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position:
1 For the left passenger/crew door, at zone 831 or 832.
2 For the right passenger/crew door, at zone 841 or 842.
(b) Open passenger/crew door 831, 841, 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-001).
(2) For the emergency exit:
(a) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 835 or 845.
(b) Open emergency exit 835 or 845 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
4. Procedure(1) For the passenger/crew door:
(a) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position:
1 For the left passenger/crew door, at zone 831 or 832.
2 For the right passenger/crew door, at zone 841 or 842.
(b) Open passenger/crew door 831, 841, 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-001).
(2) For the emergency exit:
(a) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 835 or 845.
(b) Open emergency exit 835 or 845 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(c) Obey the special precautions before you start work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-003).
Subtask 52-00-00-210-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Check of the Pressure Indication of the Damper and Emergency Operation Cylinder when the Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) does not operate
(1) To get the correct pressure, let the cylinder become stable at ambient temperature before you do the inspection.
(2) Do a check of the pointer of the pressure gauge (1):
(a) If the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the green area (GO), you can use the door in emergency condition without limit.
(b) If the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the yellow area (GO IF), you can use the door in emergency condition until the next night stop.
1 At the next night stop, fill the cylinder until the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the green area again (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-614-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-614-002).
(3) If the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the red area (NO GO):
(a) You cannot open the door in emergency condition. Refer to the MMEL for dispatch conditions.
(b) Make an entry in the logbook.
5. Close-up(1) To get the correct pressure, let the cylinder become stable at ambient temperature before you do the inspection.
(2) Do a check of the pointer of the pressure gauge (1):
(a) If the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the green area (GO), you can use the door in emergency condition without limit.
(b) If the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the yellow area (GO IF), you can use the door in emergency condition until the next night stop.

(a) You cannot open the door in emergency condition. Refer to the MMEL for dispatch conditions.

Subtask 52-00-00-410-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(2) For the passenger/crew door:
(a) Obey the special precautions after work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-002).
(b) Close the applicable passenger/crew door 831 or 841 or 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(3) For the emergency exit door:
(a) Obey the special precautions after work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(b) Close the applicable emergency exit door 833 or 843 or 834 or 844 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
Subtask 52-00-00-410-055-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(2) For the passenger/crew door:
(a) Obey the special precautions after work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-002).
(b) Close the applicable passenger/crew door 831 or 841 or 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(3) For the emergency exit door:
(a) Obey the special precautions after work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(b) Close the applicable emergency exit door 833 or 843 or 834 or 844 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
A. Close Access
(1) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(2) For the passenger/crew door:
(a) Obey the special precautions after work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-002).
(b) Close applicable passenger/crew door 831, 841, 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(3) For the emergency exit:
(a) Obey the special precautions after work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(b) Close applicable emergency exit 835 or 845 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(1) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(2) For the passenger/crew door:
(a) Obey the special precautions after work on the door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-860-002).
(b) Close applicable passenger/crew door 831, 841, 832 or 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(3) For the emergency exit:
(a) Obey the special precautions after work on the emergency exit door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(b) Close applicable emergency exit 835 or 845 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
