A. Inspection of the Pressure Indication of the Damper and Emergency Operation Cylinder
(1) To get a correct pressure value, let the air bottle become stable at ambient temperature before you do the inspection.
(2) Do a check of the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) on the cylinder door bottle.
(3) Read the pressure value shown on the pressure gauge (1).
(a) Compare this value with the value on the placard (2) related to the ambient temperature.
(4) If the pressure is not correct, do not operate the door and refer to the MMEL document for the dispatch conditions.
(5) Make an entry in the logbook.

(2) Do a check of the pointer of the pressure gauge (1):
(a) If the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the green area (GO), you can use the door in emergency condition without limit.
(b) If the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the yellow area (GO IF), you can use the door in emergency condition until the end of the next night.
1 At the end of the next night, fill the cylinder until the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the green area again (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-614-001).
(3) If the pointer of the pressure gauge (1) is in the red area (NO GO):
(a) You cannot open the door in emergency condition (refer to the MMEL for dispatch conditions).
(4) Make an entry in the logbook.
