Removal of the IGGS Controller Unit

- Get access to the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/AIR COND Page (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-002).
- On this page, push the line key adjacent to the CSAS indication.
- On the CSAS page, push the line key adjacent to the TROUBLE SHOOT DATA indication to get the TSD page(s).
- Print the TSD page(s).
B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

D. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the access door 812.
(2) Open the access door 812 to get access to the ICU.
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the access door 812.
(2) Open the access door 812 to get access to the ICU.
Subtask 47-31-34-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the IGGS Controller Unit (ICU)
(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Loosen the four screws (3).
(4) Carefully remove the ICU (1).
CAUTION:
DO NOT TOUCH THE CONNECTOR PINS OR OTHER CONDUCTORS ON THE COMPONENT DURING THE PROCEDURE. IF YOU TOUCH THESE CONDUCTORS, ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO COMPONENT.
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the ICU (1). (2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Loosen the four screws (3).
(4) Carefully remove the ICU (1).
