   (1) Put the SAFETY BARRIER(S) in position.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

D. Get Access
   (1) Make sure that the forward cargo-compartment partition-panels at FR34 are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-001) (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00).
4. Procedure
Subtask 47-20-49-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of NEA line
   (1) To install the NEA pipe (1):
     (a) Remove PLUG - BLANKING from the disconnected pipe ends and bulkhead fitting.
     (b) Install the clamp (34) on the support bracket (35) with the bolts (32) and the washers (33).
     (c) Tighten the bolts (32) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
     (d) Install the NEA pipe (1) to the NEA pipe (2) with the nut (36).
     (e) TORQUE the nut (36) to between 6.2 and 5.2 m.daN (45.72 and 38.35 lbf.ft ) T.
     (f) Install the NEA pipe (1) to the bulkhead fitting (12) with the nut (11).
     (g) TORQUE the nut (11) to between 5.3 and 5.2 m.daN (39.09 and 38.35 lbf.ft ) T.
     (h) Attach the bonding leads (37) to the clamps (42) and (43) with the screws (39) and the washers (38) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
     (i) Install the washers (41) and self-locking nuts (40) on the clamps (42) and (43) and tighten the nuts (40).
     (j) TORQUE the self-locking nuts (40) to between 0.48 and 0.37 m.daN (42.48 and 32.74 lbf.in ) T.
     (k) Apply Varnish-- Electrical Bonding Structure (Material No.04TMB2) on the screws (39) and the self-locking nuts (40).
     (l) Attach the bonding lead (10) to the clamp (7) with the screw (9) and the washer (8) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
     (m) Install the washer (6) and self-locking nut (5) on the clamp (7) and tighten the nut (5).
     (n) TORQUE the nut (5) to between 0.48 and 0.37 m.daN (42.48 and 32.74 lbf.in ) T.
     (o) Apply Varnish-- Electrical Bonding Structure (Material No.04TMB2) on the screw (9) and the self-locking nut (5).
   (2) Do a check of the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

   (2) Install the forward cargo-compartment partition-panels at FR34 (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-001) (Ref. AMM D/O 06-41-53-00).

B. Removal of Equipment
   (1) Remove the SAFETY BARRIER(S).
   (2) Remove all the fixtures, tools, test and support equipment used during this procedure.
