C. Get Access
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at zone 191.
(2) Remove the access panel 191BB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002)
4. Procedure(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at zone 191.
(2) Remove the access panel 191BB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002)
Subtask 47-20-00-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Reactivation of the HP Air-Ground Connector Door (191DB)
(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Install the clamp (2) on the bellow (3).
(4) Install the bellow (3) until the red ink mark on the pipe (1).
(5) Install the clamp (2) on its recorded position.
(6) TORQUE the screw of the clamp (2) to between 0.308 and 0.252 m.daN (27.26 and 22.30 lbf.in )

(7) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
5. Close-upWARNING:
DO NOT GO INTO THE WORK AREA UNTIL A MINIMUM OF 5 MINUTES AFTER YOU REMOVE THE ACCESS PANEL. LET AIR FLOW THROUGH THE WORK AREA. AIR FROM THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW OXYGEN CONTENT AND CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH.
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Install the clamp (2) on the bellow (3).
(4) Install the bellow (3) until the red ink mark on the pipe (1).
(5) Install the clamp (2) on its recorded position.
(6) TORQUE the screw of the clamp (2) to between 0.308 and 0.252 m.daN (27.26 and 22.30 lbf.in )
. (7) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

A. Close Access
(1) Install the access panel 191BB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-400-002)
(2) Install the HP Air-Ground Connector Door (191DB) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-42-16-400-001)
(3) Make an entry in the log book to record that

(2) Install the HP Air-Ground Connector Door (191DB) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-42-16-400-001)
(3) Make an entry in the log book to record that
- the bellow (3) is installed,
and - the HP Air-Ground Connector Door (191DB) is reactivated.
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002)
(2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).

(2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
