TASK 46-41-37-400-802-A
Installation of the Cellular-gatelink Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) Card

CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE CONNECTOR PINS OR OTHER CONDUCTORS ON THE COMPONENT DURING THE PROCEDURE. IF YOU TOUCH THESE CONDUCTORS, ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO COMPONENT.
CAUTION: OBEY THESE PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE (ESD) DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENTS:
  • STAY ON A CONDUCTIVE SURFACE THAT IS ELECTRICALLY GROUNDED.
  • USE A CONDUCTIVE WRIST-STRAP THAT IS ELECTRICALLY GROUNDED. (CONNECTED TO A BONDING-POINT NEAR THE WORK AREA).
  • BEFORE YOU USE THE TOOLS, MOMENTARILY HOLD THEM AGAINST AN ELECTRICAL GROUND TO RELEASE STATIC ELECTRICITY.
CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE METAL CONTACT OF THE SIM CARD. IF YOU DO, DAMAGE TO THE SIM CARD CAN OCCUR.
CAUTION: INSTALL THE SIM CARDS VERY CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THEIR METAL CONTACTS. THIS WILL HELP TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO OTHER COMPONENTS.
