A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) For the location of this component refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 46-41-00-00).
(3) Make sure that the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) is below the related ceiling panel.
(4) Make sure that the related ceiling panel(s) is (are) removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
Subtask 46-41-35-865-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) For the location of this component refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 46-41-00-00).
(3) Make sure that the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) is below the related ceiling panel.
(4) Make sure that the related ceiling panel(s) is (are) removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Cabin Wireless LAN-Unit (CWLU)
(1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Prepare the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(5) Carefully put the CWLU (3) in its installation position.
(6) Install the washers (1) and the screws (2).
(7) Tighten the screws (2).
(8) Do the electrical bonding of the ground bonding point (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(10) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(12) On the receptacle without the electrical connector, make sure that:
(a) The blanking cap is installed. If necessary, install the new CAP - BLANKING.
Subtask 46-41-35-865-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Prepare the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(5) Carefully put the CWLU (3) in its installation position.
(6) Install the washers (1) and the screws (2).
(7) Tighten the screws (2).
(8) Do the electrical bonding of the ground bonding point (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE BONDING STRAP(S) IS(ARE) CONNECTED BEFORE YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S).
CAUTION:
DO NOT TOUCH THE CONNECTOR PINS OR OTHER CONDUCTORS ON THE COMPONENT DURING THE PROCEDURE. IF YOU TOUCH THESE CONDUCTORS, ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO COMPONENT.
(9) Remove the blanking caps from all the electrical connector(s) and related receptacle(s). Refer to the identification marks made during the removal procedure. (10) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS, MAKE SURE THAT YOU CONNECT EACH PLUG TO THE CORRECT RECEPTACLE (USE THE IDENTIFICATION MARKS).
(11) Connect the electrical connectors (4) to their related receptacles of the CWLU (3). Refer to the identification marks made during the removal procedure. (12) On the receptacle without the electrical connector, make sure that:
(a) The blanking cap is installed. If necessary, install the new CAP - BLANKING.
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the related ceiling panel(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001).
(3) Remove the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT).
Subtask 46-41-35-860-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the related ceiling panel(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-400-001).
(3) Remove the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT).
B. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
