A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (2) Access the ALNA Graphical User Interface (GUI) - Maintenance Access - via Multi-Purpose Flight-Attendant Panel (MP-FAP) (Ref. AMM TASK 46-41-00-610-811).

A. Software and parameter uploading procedure from the current repository.

ACTION
RESULT
In the cabin, at the MP-FAP:
In the cabin, on the MP-FAP display:

1.Touch the "DATA LOADING" icon.
  • An hourglass symbol shows until the data comes into view.
  • The "DATA LOADING" page shows.

NOTE: If there is no selection of a software or parameter package and the icon "INSTALL" is deactivated, do nothing.

2.Touch the "INSTALL" icon.
  • The start pop-up window shows.

3.Touch the "OK" icon to start the installation.
  • The pop-up window shows the progress of the installation.
  • The estimated time shows at the bottom of the screen.
  • After the end of the installation the message "SOFTWARE INSTALLATION WAS SUCCESSFUL" shows.


  • If a pop-up window shows the message to reboot the Head-End Server Unit (HESU), then do it.

4.Touch the "OK" icon.

5.Touch the "SYSTEM MON." icon.
  • The "MAINTENANCE SYSTEM MONITORING" page shows.

6.Touch the "RESET" icon in the HESU line to start the HESU again.

7.Wait for approximately 15 minutes.
  • The "SYSTEM OVERVIEW" page shows.

5. Close-up
Subtask 46-41-00-862-060-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
   (2) Touch the "LOGOFF" icon.
NOTE: It is not necessary to log off, if you continue with a different test procedure.
   (3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
