A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Access the ALNA Graphical User Interface - Maintenance Access - via Multi-Purpose Flight-Attendant Panel (MP-FAP) (Ref. AMM TASK 46-41-00-610-811).
(3) Make sure that:

(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Access the ALNA Graphical User Interface - Maintenance Access - via Multi-Purpose Flight-Attendant Panel (MP-FAP) (Ref. AMM TASK 46-41-00-610-811).
(3) Make sure that:
- The Air Data/Inertial Reference-Units (ADIRUs) are ON and aligned (Ref. AMM TASK 34-10-00-860-004).
- The "Time and Date" are set (Ref. AMM TASK 31-21-00-750-002).
- The "City Pair" is set.
- The "Flight Number" is set.
- The A/C is outside the hangar, with line-of-sight to the satellite.
- The ALNA system operates correctly (Ref. AMM TASK 46-41-00-710-804).

WARNING:
DURING THE END-TO-END TEST OF THE ALNA SYSTEM, MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO PERSONS IN A RADIUS OF 29.2 METERS AROUND THE ANTENNA BORESIGHT. THE ANTENNA USES HIGH POWER WHEN IT TRANSMITS AND CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.
A. Functional End-to-End Test for Internet NOTE: You can do this test at the Multi-Purpose Flight-Attendant Panel or on the LAPTOP - FOR GSM ALNA MAINTENANCE. The procedures at the MP-FAP and on the maintenance laptop are the same.
NOTE: To do this procedure a client device with Wi-Fi adapter and web browser is needed, it could be a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
NOTE: The table that follows gives the procedure for the MP-FAP.
