A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (2) Access the ALNA Graphical User Interface (GUI) - Maintenance Access - via Multi-Purpose Flight-Attendant Panel (MP-FAP) (Ref. AMM TASK 46-41-00-610-811).
   (3) Connect the maintenance laptop to the cabin plug (Ref. AMM TASK 46-41-00-860-801).

4. Procedure
Subtask 46-41-00-610-066-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Reset of the HESU from Graphical User Interface (GUI)
NOTE: You can do this procedure at the Multi-Purpose Flight-Attendant Panel (MP-FAP) or on the LAPTOP - FOR ALNA MAINTENANCE. The procedures are the same.

NOTE: The table that follows gives the procedure for the MP-FAP.

In the cabin, at the MP-FAP:
In the cabin, on the MP-FAP display:
1.Touch the "SYSTEM MONITORING" icon.
  • The "SYSTEM MONITORING" page shows.
2.Touch the "RESET" icon in the line HESU.
  • A pop-up window to confirm the reset shows.
3.Touch the "OK" icon.
  • After 3 to 5 minutes the reset is completed.
  • During the HESU reset a message "No connection to Server" shows.
  • The "System start" message shows.

  • The "SERVICE OVERVIEW PAGE" shows.
NOTE: After the reset of the HESU you have to login again on ALNA GUI if you want to continue the maintenance.
5. Close-up
Subtask 46-41-00-862-147-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
   (2) Touch the "LOGOFF" icon.
NOTE: It is not necessary to log off, if you continue with a different test procedure.
   (3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
