(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Access the ALNA Graphical User Interface - Maintenance Access - via Multi-Purpose Flight-Attendant Panel (MP-FAP) (Ref. AMM TASK 46-41-00-610-811).

A. Software Reset of the Connectivity System

ACTION	RESULT
In the cabin, at the MP-FAP:	In the cabin, on the MP-FAP display:
1.Touch the "CONNECTIVITY" on the "APPLICATION MENU" page.	The "SYSTEM OVERVIEW" page of the cabin connectivity application shows.
2.Touch the "RESET ALL" icon in the Internal Hardware line.	A pop-up window to confirm the action "Reset all Connectivity Components" shows.
3.Touch the "OK" icon.	The "INTERNAL HARDWARE SERVICE STATE RESET" (Hourglass) message shows. The "NO CONNECTION TO SERVER" message shows. The "SYSTEM STARTING" message shows. NOTE: Wait for approximately 15 minutes. The "SERVICE OVERVIEW" page shows.

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(2) Touch the "LOGOFF" icon.

NOTE: It is not necessary to log off, if you continue with a different test procedure.

(3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
