(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

B. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position at the FWD cargo-compartment door.
(2) Open the FWD cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Remove the access panel 131PW.

B. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position at the AFT cargo-compartment door.
(2) Open the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Remove access panel 161DW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).

C. Depressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).

4. Procedure
Subtask 38-42-44-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Depressurization Valve 4MD
(1) Disconnect the connection (5).
(2) Disconnect the electrical connector 4MD-A (6).
(3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Remove the nuts (1), the washers (2), the bolts (3) and the depressurization valve (4).
(5) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.

Subtask 38-42-44-020-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Depressurization Valve 4MD
(1) Disconnect the connection (6).
(2) Disconnect the electrical connector 4MD-A (1).
(3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Remove the nuts (5), the washers (4), the bolts (3) and the depressurization valve (2).
(5) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
